Quality guarantee

Each accommodation is visited personally by us or our partner. Special attention is paid to the quality of the facilities and how clean the accommodation is, the garden and surroundings and the friendliness of the owner or manager.

On the website, you will find a description of each accommodation, a comprehensive list of all features and a very large number of photos in a large format. Furthermore, a map is posted with the exact location.

Personal advice

If you are in doubt when choosing an accommodation, you can always give us a call or email us for advice. We know Croatia very well and in case of very specific questions or wishes, we can contact the owner.

Additional costs

All costs are normally included in the rental price. So no extra charges for final cleaning, air conditioning and linen. A few, usually very luxurious villas, may deviate from this. Bringing a dog often does cost some extra money (5-20 euros per day). We charge a 25 euro booking fee.

Over 25 years of experience

We started our own business and offering luxury accommodation in the last century. We bring these years of experience to our Croatia programme. We select the accommodations that we think are suitable for our clients.

Local contact person

About a week before arrival, you will receive the travel documents by email. A voucher including address details, co-ordinates of the accommodation, what time you can move into the accommodation and local contact details.
You will always receive the phone number of the local agent (speaks excellent English and German) and usually also the mobile number of the owner/manager of the accommodation. If you have any questions and/or problems locally, you can contact the owner or local agent directly.
