By using Villa Travel's website and/or booking tool, the user agrees to these booking conditions.
Mediation
User realises that Villa Travel only intermediates in the creation of a rental agreement between Tenant and the Lessor of the Holiday Home.
The Agreement is concluded between User (as Tenant) and Lessor. Villa Travel itself is not a party to the Agreement, unless otherwise indicated.
Villa Travel may exercise all rights of the Lessor against the Tenant.
Villa Travel will collect the monies involved in the rental of the Holiday Home, unless otherwise indicated.
Upon full payment, the name and contact details of the Landlord and/or the manager of the Holiday Home will be given in the travel documents.
No information and advice
It is up to the User to inform themselves properly about the destination. Villa Travel is not obliged to provide any information or advice to User. In sofar as Villa Travel does so without obligation, Villa Travel does not guarantee its accuracy.
Communication and complaints
In principle, User (Tenant) communicates only with Villa Travel. Complaints in respect of the Agreement must also be addressed to Villa Travel, without prejudice to the provisions below.
If an amicable resolution of the complaint is not reached, Villa Travel will, at the request of the Renter, provide the Renter with the Landlord's contact details.
In the event of a dispute between the Tenant and the Landlord, Villa Travel may mediate or may also reach a financial settlement with the Tenant on behalf of the Landlord, but shall not be obliged to do so.
Liability and limitation of liability Villa Travel
Villa Travel shall not be liable for the proper performance of the Agreement, nor for any damage caused in connection with the stay.
Liability of Villa Travel for any pecuniary or consequential damages is excluded.
Rights of action related to the use of the Website and/or intermediation by Villa Travel shall lapse one year after they arise. These rights of action shall expire two years after they arise.
Final provisions
Only Dutch law shall apply, unless in conflict with mandatory law.
Disputes arising from the contract concluded between the parties shall be brought exclusively before the civil court in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, unless this is contrary to mandatory law.
