Guests can enjoy a private 25 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers, a covered terrace with seating and a dining table, and parking for two cars. The villa spans 103 m2 and can accommodate 6-8 people. The ground floor features an air-conditioned living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a double bedroom with a private bathroom and direct access to the pool, and an additional separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms – one with a double bed and a private terrace, the other with two single beds – and an additional bathroom with a shower. Pets are not allowed, and groups of young guests under the age of 26 are not accepted.
