It is a superb property with 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, located on a private plot of 500 m2 and offering 310 m2 of living space spread over two floors - ground floor and first floor. The perfect home away from home for family gatherings or a group of friends looking for a relaxed or active vacation in Croatia. Villa Mare Visum is beautifully designed, very bright and pleasant interior with sun in every corner, superbly furnished and exudes style and elegance. The property is completely fenced and provides 4 parking spaces on private property, behind the house (the first floor level). The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to the steep location), but the location offers a beautiful, panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea, the coast and the island of Brač. There is also an outdoor shower and a separate toilet. * The Outdoor - (first floor level) offers a Hot-Tub (Whirlpool) on the shaded terrace (21sqm) above the Sauna, and it is connected with another terrace (36sqm) that is shaded and offers a summer kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, a kettle, coffee maker and dishes) with a traditional barbecue next to it and a dining table for 8 people. *The ground floor (pool level) has an open-plan living area (50sqm) that includes a stylish and fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern guest needs for a comfortable stay, a spacious dining area for 8 pax filled with natural light and with a direct approach to the sun deck area; a very comfortable living room with PS5, both fully air-conditioned. Large glass walls connect the villa’s interior with the exterior so you are directly connected to the sunbathing area for maximum relaxation and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Villa Mare Visum is located in the quiet area of Brela, 3 kilometers from the crystalline sea, where you have seven kilometres of natural pebble beaches, the scent and the beauty of the thick pine tree forest (in large part a natural monument), numerous pedestrian zones which entangle from the walking area along the coast. Brela center (3km) and Baška voda (4km) are charming towns located on the Makarska Riviera and Makarska town is 16km away. As with many towns around these parts, it is Mount Biokovo that you will overlook rather impressively together with a new attraction located in a park of nature Biokovo named the "Skywalk" (33km), a horseshoe-shaped glass walkway that juts out over a precipitous slope opening out towards the coast, affording breath-taking views. At the Brela coastal side you will find offers for snorkeling and scuba diving in nearby locations, as well as providing lessons. Some other activity in this area is definitely a nice hike, as there are many trails, and the Tourist Office and the owner have info on a number of hiking trails in the area. When in Brela, simply go strolling along the seaside promenade as the locals do, enjoy the local food or one of the attractive beaches on the very famous Makarska Riviera as the perfect place for families as you can rent paddle-boats, banana rides, or jet skis.
