Villa Amoena is located in the village of Brtonigla, a town full of tradition that begins in the vineyard continues in the cellars, and ends in abundance on the table. The house consists of two spacious apartments connected by external stairs. The apartments are fully equipped, modern, and comfortably furnished with high-quality furniture. Each of the apartments consists of a kitchen, a living room with a sofa and exit to the terrace or balcony, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom. Air conditioners are located in the living rooms and in the two bedrooms. The beautifully landscaped surroundings of the house as well as the large covered terrace by the pool (24m2) will complete your experience of Villa Amoena. Parking spaces are located inside a closed, private yard. Guests also have at their disposal a wellness room with a sauna, billiards table, garden gazebo, and a summer kitchen with BBQ. Pets are not allowed. Take your family or friends to a place of fine wines and olive oils, and discover the authentic power of local living in Istria.

The water park located in the greenery of nature near Brtonigla, on an area of ??80,000 m2, with a unique view of the Tar wave and the Mirna valley, is an absolute pleasure. 2024

Wir haben hier knapp eine Woche mit Freunden und unseren Kindern verbracht. Die Eigentümer des Hauses sind super nett und flexibel bei der Übergabe/Abgabe der Schlüssel. Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die beiden baugleichen Wohnungen haben alles, was man braucht - insbesondere in der Küche wurde an jede Eventualität gedacht. Aufgrund des Wetters konnten wir den tollen Pool und Grillplatz leider nicht wirklich nutzen, aber langweilig geworden ist uns trotzdem nicht. Der kleine Ort hat überraschend gute Restaurants, kleine Minimärkte, einen Bäcker etc. und man erreicht viele Strände und Städte schnell mit dem Auto (Umag, Poreč, Novigrad, selbst Pula ist rel. schnell erreicht). Die Sauberkeit im Haus war makellos. Wir können wirklich nichts kritisieren und das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. :)

The villa is in pristine condition, featuring a well-designed room layout and well-maintained kitchens that provide everything you could need. There is plenty of space to sit both inside and outside, and the sauna, pool, and grill area are delightful additions.
Many activities in the area are easily accessible by car, and several excellent restaurants are just a few minutes away on foot. The host is very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.
Overall, we had a fantastic time at the villa and look forward to returning again.

Well located Villa in picturesque village Brtonigla, 10 minutes drive from the beach, offers everything for relaxed hollidays with family and friends. The owners were really nice, they even offer late checkout free of charge. Everything was sparkling clean and very well equped. In the house they offer PS4 and Netflix, every room has its own TV. Kitchen offers big fridge, microvawe, dishwasher and a good stove. On the terrace you can find pool, sauna and outdoor kitchen. Pool towels are included, which is also a big plus. I highly recomend Villa Amoena!

I stayed in june for 4 days with some friends of mine in this very nice renovated House. It looks very modern and is well equipped. It is in a nice small Croatian city. The owners are very friendly and we plan to stay again here next year.
