Villa Ana Spinovci is a renovated stone house with a private pool, located on the outskirts of the small village of Spinovci in central Istria, near Motovun. The house has its own garden with a swimming pool of 28 m2 with a children's pool of 4 m2, a covered terrace of 20 m2 with a fireplace for barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining and 2 parking spaces. With its three bedrooms Villa Ana can accommodate 6 guests. The house has three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room. From the whole house, as well as from the covered terrace and pool area there is a beautiful panoramic view of the green hills and the most picturesque Istrian town - Motovun. This beautiful villa is modern and nicely decorated is ideal for families with children. 250 meters from the house is a restaurant where you can taste authentic local food and drink home-made wine.
