There are four bathrooms with showers and an additional separate toilet for convenience. The villa features two fully equipped kitchens and two dining areas. Two spacious living rooms, complete with smart TVs and fireplaces, offer an ideal setting for gatherings with loved ones.Outside, the villa's courtyard presents a delightful pool and jacuzzi, encircled by ten inviting sun loungers. Ensuring privacy and security, the property is enveloped by a stone wall and fence. A range of amenities awaits guests, including mini soccer, volleyball, a children's playground, bicycles, and an outdoor fireplace. Please note that Villa Silvia does not cater to youth groups or bachelor parties, defined as groups comprising individuals under 30 years of age.
