Charming house with private pool called Villa Nina is located in small village Kosinozici, only 5 kilometers away from the city center of Porec, beautiful stoney and rocky beaches, water sports, night life and other leisure activities.Villa Nina is located on its own large plot with fanced yard, has a living space of 120 m2 and offers enough space for up to six people. On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living -dining area, roofed terrace with sitting area and garden view and one bathroom with shower. The first floor consists of three bedrooms, one with two separate beds and two with double bed. There is also one bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is air-condicioned, has free wi-fi acces, baby-cot is available on request and will be extra charged. Two parkingplaces are available in the garden. In the neiberhood a children playground, soccer and bascetball field can be found. This House is suitable for peaceful holiday, far away from noice and crowd, but can also offer a lot of leisure activities.

Kosinozici, little village just some 3 km from the centre of Porec. If you are searching for a very nice and quiet vacation this is the right solution for you. The houses are surrounded by the woods, there are nice gardens in almost every house, there are lots of walking and bike routes around the village. Shops and restaurants are situated at 3 km from Antonci. There are many beautifull and interesting bike routes that lead to the centre of Porec and the villages around. The place is perfect to enjoy in peacefull and gorgeous atmosphere of istrian peninsula.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Sonjas Haus, das perfekt für sechs Personen geeignet ist. Das Haus ist geräumig und extrem sauber, mit Moskitonetze in den Zimmern und Klimaanlage, die für angenehme Nächte sorgen. Die moderne Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber.
Einige Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden: Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack nicht optimal, und die Betten könnten etwas höher sein. Die Bettwäsche war sauber, aber die Qualität könnte besser sein. In der Küche fehlten grundlegende Vorräte wie Salz und Pfeffer, aber es waren alle wichtigen Geräte wie Toaster, Mikrowelle und Ofen vorhanden. Das Leitungswasser schmeckte etwas ungewöhnlich, und es gab viele Mücken, was aber außerhalb der Kontrolle des Gastgebers liegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Sonjas Freundlichkeit – sie hat stets schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter!

Die Kommunikation mit Sonja war super unkompliziert, der Empfang von ihr war sehr herzlich.
Überrascht waren wir von der top ausgestatteten Küche, alles was man brauchen könnte war vorhanden.
Bei Fragen und Anliegen war sie sehr schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Super Gastgeber, Tolles Haus, toller Garten und Pool!
Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Deze plek is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een perfecte vakantie in Istrië! Schoon en netjes, mooi zwembad en buitenruimte, en een buitenhaard voor gezellige avonddiners ☺️ Met de auto heb je alles in de buurt; 10 min. naar het prachtige Porec, 45 min. naar Pula, op korte afstand van het mooiste Rovinsj en het bergdorp Motovun (raad aan om Tomaz Winery te bezoeken).
300 m verderop in de straat is het restaurant Konoba Stari Torač met geweldige wijn en eten!
Beveel ook boottocht Venetië aan vanuit Porec
Sonja was erg aardig en had voor aankomst drankjes en eten voor ons gekocht (aankomst rond middernacht en de meeste winkels waren gesloten). Ze was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ontzettend bedankt voor een geweldig bezoek!
