Holiday House Jelovci No.4 with private pool is one of nine holiday houses in Holiday Park Village Jelovci. The house consists of a spacious living room with an equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. With its two bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room, the house can accommodate up to 6 persons. Guests also have a private garden with a barbecue area and a private swimming pool, as well as a private terrace with seating furniture at their disposal. All guests of the Village Park Jelovci can also use the shared childrens' playground with a kids' pool and other activities suitable for children. There is also a laundry room available to all guests, and a conference room suitable for different types of gatherings. Eco-friendly Park Village Jelovci uses renewable energy, therefore is the air-condition free to use 10 hours daily. Holiday House has the high health standard - the house is disinfected, doctor is always available and there's a possibility of having a contact-free check-in. Guests also have the option of renting a bicycle, at an additional cost directly from the owner.

The park is located in the village Jelovci, 5 km from the center of Tinjan, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 km from the sea. Guests have at their disposal: children's pool, table tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, children's playground (swing, sand), conference room. Private use: property 500 m2 with garden and lawn, round swimming pool (diameter 5 m, depth 130 cm, outdoor shower. In the complex: reception, internet access, washing machine (additional cost - 5€ per washing), tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking in front of the house. Shop 2 km , Restaurant 1.5 km, pebble beach 20 km, walking distance to the house 200 m, cycling path 250 m. Near the Park is the newly opened 2019 Adventure Park Kringa 1 km.

Das Haus 4 ist das Kleinste und schnuckeligste Häuschen im Jelovci Resort. Es hat eine freie Terrasse vorne und ein großzügiges Grundstück. Außerdem liegt es direkt beim Volleyballfeld und der Tischtennisplatte. Das Highlight ist wie bei allen Häusern der Privatpool, aber auch der Grill ist einfach toll. Wir haben dort zu viert einmal zwei und einmal drei Wochen gewohnt und fanden es vollkommen ausreichend und es ist doch etwas größer als ein Mobile Home auf einem Campingplatz. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet und ausgestattet, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut und wir behelfen uns eh immer mit eigenen Mehrfachsteckdosen und nehmen ein scharfes Messer oder eine gute Pfanne in Ferienwohnungen mit. Einen Toaster sollte man sich mitbringen, eine Kaffeemaschine bekommt man auf Anfrage. Waschen kann man auch gegen Gebühr. Das W-LAN ist nicht in allen Häusern gut verfügbar, aber das Internet ist allgemein nicht das Beste. Wir haben inzwischen immer einen W-LAN-Verstärker dabei, das hilft. Den haben wir mit einem langen Kabel oben an die Terrasse gehängt, dann ging es. Für den Hund haben wir eine lange Schleppleine mitgebracht, denn es gibt keine Zäune. Die Betreuung erfolgt durch ein Ehepaar, das im benachbarten, verschlafenen Dörfchen wohnt und immer zur Stelle ist, wenn man etwas braucht oder etwas nicht in Ordnung ist. Man ist mitten in der Natur, wohnt schön ruhig und hat eine ideale Ausgangsposition für Ausflüge in ganz Istrien. Die Straße nach Norden ist ein Schotterweg und führt Richtung Pazin bzw. Porec. Der nächste Ort ist Tinjan, bekannt für luftgetrockneten Schinken. Dort gibt es zwei kleine Läden, eine Post und das Restaurant Vijulin, für uns das Beste weit und breit. In der direkten Umgebung ist der Adrenalin Park Kringa, zu dem man zu Fuß gehen kann. Außerdem kleine Weingüter und eine Arztpraxis. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und etwas traurig, als wir gehen mussten.
