This beautiful villa is located near the town of Imotski, situated on a private plot of approx. 16,000 m2, which offers a peaceful environment with maximum privacy. The villa consists of 2 luxuriously equipped buildings and a garage for 2 cars. On the ground floor of the main building there is a modern spacious kitchen, a dining room with a table for 10 people, a living room and a bathroom. On the floor of the main building there are 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which has a large corner bathtub and a washing machine. The entire villa is air-conditioned and has quality shutters that protect against the afternoon sun. Each room has a TV with satellite connection and a large selection of programs. The auxiliary facility is located next to the villa itself and is used for all-day socializing. A large grill and TV allow you to enjoy a variety of culinary specialties and your favorite shows or sports channels. Large sliding glass doors open a view of the pool, while an additional room offers the possibility of entertainment such as - table football, darts, gym or billiards. The pool consists of two parts, for children and adults. The smaller pool has a depth of 40 cm and flows into a large pool measuring 10x5m. Both pools are heated, so the pool temperature is comfortable at any time of the season. The large sunbathing area around the pool with 8 deckchairs offers enough space for all guests who want to enjoy the sun. The surroundings of the house are almost completely surrounded by stone walls and are beautifully decorated and provide the opportunity for various sports activities. Under the oak trees in the shade, you have at your disposal table tennis, mini goals for soccer, badminton and a large bocce court. Children can enjoy the wooden house with a slide and swings, and a large trampoline. The Imot region lies behind the Biokovo mountain, in the Dalmatian Zagora. Imotski is a very picturesque town with numerous cafes and restaurants. There is also a large shopping center. The most important monuments are the old Topan fortress. Below Topana is the Blue Lake, a favorite promenade, and in the summer months, the main beach in Imotski. In the immediate vicinity (1.5 km) is Crveno jezero, the deepest karst lake in Europe with a depth of 528 meters. We suggest you visit the red and blue lakes because they are truly natural wonders. There are wine roads where you can enjoy tasting high-quality and award-winning wines or tasting the first Dalmatian sparkling wine. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche dort verbracht. Die Besitzer sind super nett, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist traumhaft und sehr groß. Der Außenbereich bietet viel Spielraum sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder. Im Garten gab es die leckersten Tomaten, die wir je gegessen haben. Große Empfehlung!
