The comfortable Villa Leoni offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. The villa spreads on 140 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, a spacious living room with a dining area for six guests, the stairs from the living room bring you to an open gallery/bedroom with two single beds, an bathroom with shower, a separated toilet and two bedrooms each with a double bed. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and is ideal for cosy summer evenings. The outdoor area consists of a pool with sunbeds and a BBQ. The location of the Villa offers you a stay away from the city noise, but is only a short car drive away from the city center of the popular tourist destination Porec. The beaches are also reachable by car. The Villa offers you private parking inside the courtyard, there is also one additional parking on the street for a second car.

The Villa Leonie with pool is located in the small village of Nova Vas, only 7 km from the center of the town and 5 km from the popular beaches of Porec and the resort of Lanterna. The house has its own fenced garden with pool. The area is pleasant and quiet and close to the sea and the interesting Istrian town of Porec, which will enchant you with your beauty. In Nova Vas there are pizzerias, bakery, cafes and food shop. Through the town go cycling and hiking trail. The place is ideal for families with children and couples who want to spend their holidays in a quiet location away from the city streets.

Wir waren vom 19.06.22 bis 27.06.2022 in der Villa. Es war alles zu unserer absoluten Zufriedenheit. Alles sauber , ordentlich und in sehr gutem Zustand. Vielen Dank & bis nächstes Jahr :-)

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Villa Leonie. Sie hat eine angemessene Größe und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Porec und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Vielen Dank für den problemlosen Check-In und dafür, dass es jederzeit für unsere Anliegen ansprechbar war. (-)

We stayed at Villa Leonie for the second time this year - what can we say, it was just as beautiful and perfect as last year. Restaurant within walking distance, Studenac within walking distance, bakery within walking distance, 10 minutes to Porec, everything clean, tidy and in very good condition. Value for money is also TOP! Booked again for next year :-)

We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed it and recovered very well. The accommodation was very nice and the best thing was the pool. We would like to come back.
