On the ground floor there's a fully equipped kitchen connected with dining room and living room from which you can enter a roofed terrace equipped with seating furniture. A private heated pool, jacuzzi along with BBQ grill and small children playground are on the guests' disposal. Entire house is equipped with cooling and heating system.
