Villa Artiana is a beautifully renovated air-conditioned villa that can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. In the main living room on the ground floor there is a comfortable and charming living room with a modern dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances. Internal stairs lead to the first floor, where there are four beautifully decorated bedrooms. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom and double beds, and the other two bedrooms have two single beds. There are also two additional bathrooms on the same floor. Another staircase leads to the attic, where there is another bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. Outside you can enjoy on the deckchairs or in the pool. There is also a jacuzzi and an outdoor dining area with barbecue equipment. Next to the main house, you will come across the additional building of Villa Artiana (access from the pool), where you will find a wine bar and the possibility to taste olive oil. An additional nice area for various activities is located on the ground floor where you can play billiards or have fun trying your luck with table tennis, table football or darts. On the first floor, there is a special area just for children - a colorful playroom for younger guests, full of various types of toys. On the ground floor there is an additional guest toilet and a garage with two parking spaces, and two additional ones in the yard. Pool heating is possible in MAY and SEPTEMBER with an extra charge of 15.00 euros per day of use (paid on site).
