Last minute discount in July, August, and September!* The outdoors feature a 9 x 6.5-meter heated pool with shallow sections and four partially submerged deck chairs; it also has an attached hot tub (whirlpool) with a powerful heater, hydro massage, and a geysir. There are six more deck chairs, an outdoor shower, and a few hanging egg chairs available in the large, gated sun deck area. There is a playground with a fake grass area, swings, and slides next to the pool. There is also a table soccer area and a trampoline for additional entertainment. Exclusively for you, there is a 52 square meter covered dining area furnished with two custom wooden benches and chairs in addition to a wooden dining table. There is a flat-screen TV, a BBQ area, an extra refrigerator, a sink, and a cozy lounge corner that is easily accessible from the kitchen. This area is ideal for enjoying a late-evening glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the morning. You enter the tastefully furnished and fully functional interior from this terrace. There is also a small organic garden with seasonal vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, and zucchini, as well as organic chicken eggs offered by the owner.* The ground floor features a 60 square meter open-plan living and dining area with a dining table for eight, a fully furnished kitchen (including a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and toaster), and a living room with a very cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, free WiFi, and IPTV channels. * Upstairs is a gallery (like a second living area) with a comfortable sofa that can convert into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with IPTV channels and PlayStation 5, a wine cooler, and air conditioning. Due to its remarkable natural beauty, Krka National Park is a well-liked tourist destination. Explore its historic monasteries and old mills, hike waterfalls, and go on boat rides along its serene lakes. It is situated in the hinterland of the town of Šibenik in central Dalmatia. There are multiple entrances to the park, as well as multiple routes to get there. See the well-known Skradinski Buk (the entrance to Skradin, 17 km from the villa), a series of terraced falls that empty into a sparkling blue pool. Take the boardwalk that circles the network of waterfalls, passing by bubbling streams and through forests to reach beautiful viewpoints.Don't forget to visit Roški Slap, another well-liked set of waterfalls inside the park, which is only 2.5 km from the villa. You can swim or splash in the large pool at the base of these cascades if you bring your bathing suit. Panorama Roški Slap is a very nice restaurant with breathtaking views of the canyon; you can enjoy the views from the restaurant without having to pay for parking.Take advantage of park-run boat trips in the summer to visit the Mother of Mercy Franciscan monastery, situated on an island surrounded by trees in the middle of Lake Visovac. Somewhere else in the park is the 14th-century Krka Monastery, which overlooks the river and is open for independent or guided tours in the summer.
