A few steps down takes you to the smaller sun-deck area where you can enjoy your privacy, and from there there is an outdoor staircase that takes you to the pebble beach (30m from villa) and there is a canoe for your use.-Ground floor: A living area (60sqm) with glass doors toward the pool and amazing sea views, and it offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 10 people, a living room with sofa, A/C, flat screen TV, PlayStation5. A Bedroom NO1 (11sqm) with queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C, TV. A Family bathroom (4.5sqm) with a shower and a washing machine).
