Villa Oliveti Torre is a new, beautiful and modern luxury villa with a private pool, suitable for 6-8 people. It is equipped with high quality designer furniture. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room overlooking the large pool (42 m2), beautifully landscaped garden with olive groves and green surroundings, fully equipped kitchen with dining area (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and one en - suite bedroom with private bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea in the distance. The house is fully air conditioned and offers parking for 3 cars. The yard of the house is completely fenced, and offers guests maximum privacy. If you are planning a relaxing holiday with your family or friends, a quiet holiday in luxury but in a secluded location, this is the right place for you. Pets as well as party groups of younger people are not allowed...

Two settlements, Tar-Torre and Vabriga-Abrega, are today one place divided by the main road connecting Poreč and Novigrad-Cittanova. It is a fertile plateau at 112 meters above sea level, which descends on one side towards the sea, and on the other towards the mouth of the river Mirna. This beautiful lookout offers a beautiful view to the north towards Novigrad-Cittanova, and to the south towards Poreč. On clear days, the Alps can also be seen, and sometimes Venice from the Tar bell tower. The area is known for its excellent olive oil, and according to FAO experts, right at the foot of Tar-Torre, on the Larun plantation, olives are grown from which the best olive oil in Europe is obtained.

Die Villa war ein toller Rückzugsort. Sehr Privat, grosses Grundstück, ein super ort um mal vom Alltag abzuschalten. Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Badezimmer in jedem einzelnen Raum waren Gold wert. Auch einen lieben Dank an die Eigentümer, die sich immer bemüht haben das wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt haben. Gerne Wieder

2024

Der Check-in war sehr problemlos direkt an der Unterkunft zur vereinbarten Zeit. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, haben uns alles erklärt und waren während des gesamten Aufenthaltes stets erreichbar (wohnen nur ein paar Häuser weiter, falls man etwas braucht).
Das Haus ist wunderschön, neu, sauber und geräumig mit allem was man braucht. Auch der Garten mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und idyllisch. Da der Pool wirklich den ganzen Tag in der Sonne ist (Südseitig) war er immer angenehm warm und perfekt zum Sonnetanken .
Drinnen gibt es eine schöne Küche mit allen Geräten etc. und alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Trotz warmen Wetters braucht man diese aber kaum, da das Haus ausgezeichnet gedämmt ist und dadurch innen angenehm kühl bleibt.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig mit charmanten Häusern und Konobas in fußläufiger Umgebung, trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten in den nächst größeren Küstenorten wie Porec und Novigrad, wo man tatsächlich alles finden kann!

2024

Wir waren drei Familien mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 2 Jahren. Uns hat es während der 10 Tage Aufenthalt an nichts gefehlt.
Tommy und Plodine waren nicht weit entfernt und wir konnten dort unsere Lebensmittel besorgen.
Der Garten ist sehr groß und bietet für Kinder daher viele Spielmöglichkeiten.
Ein toller Urlaub in einem super Haus.

We were warmly welcomed by the owners. Very nice that all bedrooms have their own bathroom. And we found the veranda by the pool the best spot, 100% enjoyment. Good house for the whole family. Downstairs bedroom for grandparents and a pool for the kids. Because there is air conditioning in every room, it is nice and cool in the house.
