Upstairs from the living/dining area is the pool, which has a sundeck area with six deck chairs and a lounge area with a view of the garden. A charming playground with two swings, a sandbox, a trampoline, and a large oak tree that provides shade is located behind the house. The playground is equipped with a half-court basketball setup complete with one basket hoop and includes a badminton set for your enjoyment. Below the pool, on the ground floor, in front of the kitchen, is a covered outdoor dining area for eight people complete with an electric barbecue, a refrigerator, and dishes. The lovely stone villa is enhanced by the sound of birds and crickets, as well as open views of the Makarska hinterland and Biokovo mountain from every angle of the property. Only 6 km separates it from the Split - Dubrovnik highway exit and 2 km separates it from Zadvarje village's stores, eateries, butcher shops, bakery, and coffee shops. Don't miss the weekly Tuesday local product fair in Zadvarje, which is located 2km from the villa and dates back a century. The biggest towns of Makarska and Omiš are approximately forty minutes away from the property. The charming coastal town of Pisak with beautiful beaches is located approximately a 20-minute drive from the villa. For your convenience, a private, secured parking lot has been reserved exclusively for your group, just a short walk from the beach. You're only 20 minutes from the 14-kilometer Brela beaches and 30 minutes from Makarska Riviera, which are both well-known for their vibrant nightlife and extensive culinary offerings. The nearby Cetina River offers thrilling opportunities for activities like kayaking and rafting, and it also has waterfalls. If you're more of a mountain person, there's a nature park called Biokovo right above Makarska. This could be your day trip destination because of the amazing view from the top of the mountain, which includes numerous islands and breathtaking scenery. Every visit to Biokovo offers a different experience, and it's only 1.5 km from the west side entrance. It is distinguished by geomorphological phenomena. From the east side of Biokovo, you can visit a recently opened attraction called Skywalk Biokovo, a glass walkway shaped like a horseshoe that juts out over a steep slope and opens up towards the coast, offering breathtaking views. Additionally, you can spend thirty minutes at Imotski's Red and Blue Lakes, a natural sinkhole lake phenomenon.
