This nearly three hundred square meters large Villa can accomodate twelve visitors within its five tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished bedrooms. The fine details further enrich the interior. This house is not only beautiful, but it's also very well equipped. You'll find a top notch kitchen, sauna, fitness room, hydro massage pool blue as the sky, kids' (and adults') playground, table tennis, table football, outside fireplace… And all of that surrounded by greenery. Even though the beach is only a short drive away, the solitude of Villa Martha followed by the calmness and relaxation often induce its guests not to even set their foot away from the estate.
Little town Žminj is placed in the very center of Istria and is recognizable by remains of its medieval walls, that today serve as the walls of the surrounding buildings. Žminj is characterized by natural beauties and calmness, and a very good traffic connection on the other hand, thanks to the nearby highway exit. The Municipality of Žminj is consisted of approximately one hundred settlements, and the lure of the place from the very beginning of civilization is confirmed by archeological findings from prehistorical times. Wine growing was a very important activity of the locals throughout the centuries, so this is the place to look for quality wines. Žminj is residence of a cultural association named “Čakavski sabor” that promotes, values and keeps local dialect. The largest Istrian folk feast is held in Žminj every August and it's named Bartulja.
